In the event that you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from any of our stores or if it is faulty, you will be offered either a replacement/ exchange or a full monetary refund. Customers should have a valid receipt or proof of purchase for the refund or exchange to occur.
Refunds must match the original payment type e.g. if a customer paid with a certain credit card the refund must be made back onto the same card. Cash refunds can only be given if the original transaction was made in cash.
